In cases where devotee/user made the payment and money got debited from the devotee’s account, but transaction did not complete and devotee did not receive any mails, the money will be refunded within 4-5 working days.
Once the pooja booking is successfully completed, MATTUMMAL SREE NARASIMHAMOORTHI KSHETHRAM CHARITABLE TRUST will do the pooja or service on the requested date with the given details. User will not be able to cancel a booking or request for refund. However, we will be happy to talk to devotee on the alternate measures or changes to the booking that was already made and do the needful to user’s satisfaction. MATTUMMAL SREE NARASIMHAMOORTHI KSHETHRAM CHARITABLE TRUST will update the devotee via mail of the status. Prasadam or offerings will be sent to devotee if requested and paid for the same. Once the pooja is done, we will not be able to postpone, refund or cancel under any circumstances.
